Job Description | Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle databases and applications
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis
- Handle SQL/PLSQL queries, performance tuning, backup and recovery activities
- Support deployments, upgrades, patches, migrations and DR activities
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure and business teams to maintain system availability
