Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Resolve complex L2/L3, routing, switching, WAN/LAN issues
Lead escalations, outages, RCA, and fixes
Configure/deploy routers, switches, firewalls
Monitor network via SolarWinds, PRTG
Experienced , CCNP (or equivalent), strong in BGP, OSPF, MPLS
Cloud & automation (Ansible/Python) a plus
Ensure security, compliance,documentation
