Job Description | Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Murex, resolving critical technical and application incidents
- Monitor Murex environments, batches, workflows and SOD/EOD processes
- Perform RCA, troubleshooting and performance analysis using SQL, Unix/Linux and shell scripting
- Support Murex integrations, releases, upgrades, deployments and environment stability
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, development and business teams to meet SLAs
