1. Work alongside trading desk members to design and implement tools that support trading strategies.

2. Build and maintain data pipelines and engineering solutions to analyze market behavior.

3. Participate in evaluating and testing trade ideas, using quantitative tools.

4. Gain expertise in at least one asset class such as MBS or Fixed Income
