Job Description | Responsibilities
- Prepare rate analysis and a strong knowledge in the market rates.
- Maintain confidentiality & Integrity on all Project costs and Budgets.
- Assist the Contracts manager in Pre-qualification process of the vendor
- Assist the Contracts Manager to prepare and track the Cash Flow & Cost control
- Assist Contracts manager during weekly meeting for scope inclusion, exclusions, duration, penalties and risks.
- Prepare and maintain material tracker, weekly & monthly cost forecasts.
