Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, MACs, laptops, and peripherals

  2. Install, configure, and support software, printers, scanners, and AV equipment

  3. Manage and close support tickets in Jira Service Management (JSM), ensuring SLA adherence

  4. Handle escalated issues and mentor floor engineers
