Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Focus on developing a strong culture in the region by adherence of right policies and practices
- Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for the region
- Smooth execution on onboarding and handholding of the new joiners to drive activations and higher productivity
- Develop ways of employee engagement and drive employee engagement program in the Branch to boost morale of the employees.
- Work closely with Training Manager to look for opportunities for developing capability
- Engage with employees to increase retention
