Senior Executive - New Product Development

1. Conduct prototype and industrial trials in coordination with Production and Engineering teams.

2. Prepare Product Development Requests (PDRs) and maintain all trial documentation.

3. Generate monthly R&D, scrap, and raw material consumption reports.

4. Coordinate with Supply Chain for materials and QC for product trials and inspections.
