Senior Equipment Engineer - Implant

• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on Axcelis implanters
•  Perform robot teaching and adjustments for the aforementioned tools.
•  Lead the planning and execution of PM schedules
• Conduct complex troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis
• Understand and service Vacuum components such as Dry/Turbo/Cryo pumps, perform Helium leak checks
