Job Description | Responsibilities
- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on Axcelis implanters
- Perform robot teaching and adjustments for the aforementioned tools.
- Lead the planning and execution of PM schedules
- Conduct complex troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis
- Understand and service Vacuum components such as Dry/Turbo/Cryo pumps, perform Helium leak checks
