• Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols as defined by the company.
• Manage the IVF Lab, all assets in the lab and andrology function
• Daily supervision of all check points, i.e., sterility, cylinder level, temperature, etc
• Lab & Inventory management (TQM)
• Patient data recording & research
• Semen sample preparation
