* Perform Primary and Secondary grading for loose diamonds as per GIA and company standards.
* Accurately assess Color, Clarity, daimond Cut, and Carat weight (4Cs) with a focus on precision and consistency.
* Verify and cross-check grading reports prepared by junior graders.
