• Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 20 - 30 dark stores, ensuring seamless execution from inbound to dispatch.
• Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatch processes with strict adherence to SLAs.
• Own and optimize critical store KPIs - putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packing efficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics.
