1. To get the material to all plant as per need by date
2. To take CAPA for any quality issue reported.
3. To ensure timely payment to vendor by arranging MRNs from store to Plant
4. To ensure 100% material availability at the start of the month.
5. To identify areas of cost reduction & implement
