- Configure & implement SAP FSM modules (planning,scheduling)
- Gather business requirements & design tailored FSM solutions
- Customize UI,templates,business rules & service flows
- Integrate SAP FSM with S/4HANA & SAP Service Cloud V2
- Manage FSM Crowd Portal: partner onboarding & execution tracking
- Troubleshoot API and middleware integration issues
