Job Description | Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and system integrations.
- Plan project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Work with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality, documentation, and timely delivery.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Need to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Contract Duration: 12 Months.
