Salesforce Manual QA

• 6+ years QA experience, 5+ years Salesforce testing

• Strong knowledge of Sales, Service & Experience Clouds, custom objects

• Skilled in manual, functional, regression, UAT, API & integration testing

• Apex testing (triggers, classes, batch jobs) & SOQL/SOSL queries

• Data management with Data Loader/Workbench

• Test management using Jira, Xray, Zephyr

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)

• Excellent communication & proactive problem-solving
