Job Description | Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define Salesforce solutions.
- Support Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations.
- Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
- Coordinate testing and UAT activities.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers.
- Document business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support system integrations and process optimization.
- Need to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Contract Duration: 12 Months.
