Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- To manage and run the salesforce platform as per global guidelines
- Managing SOPs, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows & groups
- Importing sales leads, contacts & other data; maintaining sales cloud; building custom reports & dashboards
