Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Keep available descriptive pamphlets/brochures and all sale drawings handy.
  • Know location advantages of all KG projects including schools, colleges, transportation, supermarkets, major corporate and software companies in the area etc and Know amenities provided at all of KG projects.
  • Know floor plan and layout of every flat/shop/office/plot and Understanding of percentage of common areas that are added to the built-up area (as per the sales calculation) is imperative.
  • Understanding Vaastu features of the building and the particular flat/shop/office/plot of interest to the purchaser is very important.
  • Know the car parking, private terrace, private garden details that are sold and those that are available.
