Job Description | Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers who abandon shopping carts to recover sales and improve conversions.
- Handle NDR cases by coordinating delivery reattempts and verifying customer availability.
- Conduct COD confirmation calls to reduce cancellations and RTOs.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer interaction logs.
