Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION ; 

  1. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  2. Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  3. Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  4. Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers
  5. Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
  6. Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment
  7. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the CP BATH FITTING.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the ceramic building materials industry.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Understanding of ceramic building materials, their applications, and market dynamics
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
