Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Identify and evaluate potential villa, hotel, and serviced apartment properties for lease or management.

  2. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in target micro-markets.

  3. Conduct commercial and financial feasibility assessments (ARR, ROI, occupancy, etc.).
