• Perform advanced rigging and lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans.
• Inspect and prepare rigging equipment to ensure safe and efficient use.
• Assist crane operators during lifting activities and guide load movements.
• Follow HSE policies, safety procedures, and site regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to execute lifting tasks.
• Maintain rigging equipment records and report defects or safety concerns.
