Job Description | Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance
- Lead, train and coordinate resort staff and departmental teams
- Ensure guest satisfaction, service quality and timely resolution of complaints
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, revenue, expenses and overall profitability
- Coordinate sales, marketing, vendors and property maintenance to improve resort performance
