- Promptly answer all requests for reservations & record them accurately; ensure all reservations loaded into system are up to date.
- Upkeep of Reservations system through updating of rates systems, validity dates, mail messages, availability.
- Knowledge of OPERA is compulsory with 2+ years of Hotel industry experience.
