Release Engineer

1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Visual Builder Studio and/or Azure DevOps.
2. Manage end-to-end release cycles for Oracle technologies including VBCS, APEX, ORDS, and PL/SQL components.
3. Handle versioning, promotion, and migration of code and configurations across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
