Job Description | Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using ABA-based teaching methods
- Implement behavioral skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction protocols
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client behaviors and progress
- Assist in parent and caregiver training as per individualized treatment plans
- Communicate client progress effectively with parents and caregivers
- Follow safe and appropriate handling procedures while working with clients
