Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and target potential customers and market segments like OEMs, Automobile manufacturers, EV Charger Manufacturers to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing & engineering teams to create effective marketing campaigns, promotional material, and digital content to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and reports to the Management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities.
Lead and motivate the sales team, setting segment sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish the company's presence, build relationships.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive / related relevant Industry
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve goals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
