Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
- Handle high-volume BPO and specialized recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate hiring activities with clients and managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, ATS records, recruitment reports, and positive candidate experience.
