Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end vehicle recovery and collection operations.
- Recover overdue, inactive, and absconded vehicles.
- Monitor recovery TAT and reduce pending cases.
- Recover outstanding rentals and damage charges.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, service, and operations teams.
- Lead field recovery teams and track performance.
- Ensure SOP compliance and process improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor recovery KPIs.
