Contact suppliers to obtain pricing, lead-times, and purchasing information.

Prepare, format, and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) quotes using Excel and Mouser’s BOM tool.

Scrub and audit BOMs to capture line items and ensure accuracy.

Document all transactions with suppliers and internally.
