• MEP QS experience.

• Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, MEP software.

• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

• Prepare MEP BOQs and validate contractor bills.

• Analyze vendor quotes and maintain cost database

• Assist in procurement, negotiations, and cost reports.

• Ensure MEP-civil work alignment.
