Quality Inspector - Incoming Material

• Read and understand Burndy product drawings and specifications. Basic understanding of GD&T symbols is necessary.
• Perform first-piece inspection (FPIR/PSIR/QCIP) on items that are newly produced.
• Examines material or product for surface defects such as cracks, pits, burrs, finish, visual damage, etc.
• Use statistical sampling plan as directed.
