Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

PCBA & Box Build quality control (IPC standards)

In-process/final inspection & audits (QMS, ESD/MSD)

Handle customer complaints, audits, and documentation

Lead/assist RCA & CAPA (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)

Maintain PFMEA, control plans, WI, inspection docs

Supplier quality: SCAR, RMA, audits, evaluations

EMS experience, strong in IPC, ISO, Minitab
