- Lead QA activities for rubber molded components, ensuring product and process quality.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection plans, and control procedures.
- Monitor defects, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage audits, customer complaints, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the QA team and collaborate with production and engineering to reduce rejections.
