• Conduct thorough audits of the portfolio to bring to surface any issues that could hamper the guest experience and find any non-compliances to the Treebo brand standards.
• Train, coach and mentor the hotel staff for his / her portfolio and ensure that they succeed in the training assessments, and are meaningfully engaged by the Treebo initiatives.
