Job Description | Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail fitout projects from design approval to final execution.
- Prepare project budgets, BOQs, BOMs, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Supervise interior, civil, HVAC, MEP, and site activities while ensuring quality, cost, and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement maintenance and process improvements.
