Lead end?to?end onboarding of RAN solutions into carrier networks

Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies & delivery milestones

Coordinate with OEMs & tech teams for readiness, integration, testing & deployment

Oversee cross?functional delivery (RAN, transmission, core, field ops, service assurance)

Track progress, report status & escalate issues to leadership/governance forums

Support multi?vendor environments (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, others)
