Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations in the corrugated box manufacturing plant.
- Supervise production staff, machine operators, and shop floor activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely deliveries are achieved.
- Monitor machines, raw material usage, and production flow.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare production reports and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
