Production Incharge (Biological)

1. Supervise daily biological product manufacturing and enure timely production
2. Monitor process parameters to maintain quality
3. Oversee fermentation,formulation,blending and packaging
4. Ensure GMP,ISO,EHS compliance and maintain records
5. Lead and train production staff
6. Coordinate with QC,R&D,Supply Chain and Maintenance
