Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Monitoring and acceptance of allocated Service Requests (Cases)

- Analyze service requests considering the SLAs and the priorityMonitoring OLA times
- Solving issues, which could not be resolved at Regional Tech Support (Level 2)
