Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Designs, delivers Soft Skills & Process Training
- Monitors calls for performance gaps
- Assesses training needs through TNI workshops
- Provides one-on-one feedback based on call monitoring
- Manages program logistics
- Reviews 30-50 calls daily, 3 hours/week
- Prepares & shares weekly gap reports
- Maintains training records & evaluations
