Presales Solutions Architect – Network Infrastructure & SD-WAN

Responsibilities : 

• Design Network Infrastructure and SD-WAN solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead customer discovery calls and technical workshops.
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses, BoMs, SoWs, and technical proposals.
• Create architecture diagrams and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales teams and OEM partners.
• Track opportunities in Salesforce and support deal closures.
• Work in a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days WFH) with US overlap hours (1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST).
