• Generating leads through outbound and inbound calls and convincing them to do the site visits.
• SMS, Whatsapp activity, and coordination with the prospects and the client HR Operations including Payroll, Grievance, Performance management, Attendance, and Leave management
• Preparing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly report
