- BE Civil / Mechanical/Diploma with minimum 6 years job experience. Proven work experience as a plant manager in Ready mix concrete.
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
- Proven managerial experience.
