Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA in Production/Operations Management is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
