Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage complete plant operations and production activities.
- Plan and achieve daily production targets while improving productivity.
- Supervise shop floor operations and lead production teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to reduce waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Sales teams.
- Train, guide, and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence.
