Plant Head - Writing Instrument

•  
• Lead the total Operational activities including planning, production, quality, inventory management, packing and supply chain
• Experience into planning & managing entire plant activities in compliance with standards
• Monitoring the outputs, dispatch deadlines, manpower productivity, unit costs, inventory stock levels, shortages against customer orders
• Conceptualize & implement measures for enhancing operational efficiency and productivity
• Experience of implementation of QMS, conducting internal audit and review meetings
• Working closely with other heads of departments to improve efficiency and conduct daily meeting
• Should have at least 10 years’ experience in the post of managerial/ position in manufacturing company
• Minimum qualification required is engineering degree + a management study is an added advantage
