PHP Team Lead - Permanent Remote

Role: Lead/Senior PHP Developer
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Permanent WFH Role
Education required: (BCA/MCA, B. Tech, M. Tech)

Roles and Responsibilities: -
Delivery of projects from conceptualization to final execution.
Monitor development activities and report project progress - Managing, mentoring, and providing technical guidance/support to project teams.
Lead project estimations, system architecture/design and performance engineering of projects
Develop software and API integrations using PHP, Laravel and Node.js
Analyze, design, program, compile, debug, support, and modify software, enhancements, add-ons, and integrations for new and existing product offerings.
Evaluate technical needs in relation to proposed solutions.
Demonstrate sound judgement while still thinking strategically, creatively, and fostering innovation.
Follow the company's programming guidelines and standards and enforces them amongst other team members.
Write unit test cases (using PHP Unit)
Should take care of migrations
