Observe & report changes in residents’ physical/mental condition

Assist with ADLs, vital signs, documentation & incident reporting

Support residents with dining, activities, housekeeping & laundry

Perform First Aid, emergency response & infection/fire safety practices

Greet residents/visitors courteously & assist with tours, move-ins/outs
